About the event

Explore the range of edible flowers available around the year. Learn seasons, timing, and harvest handling. Looking for natural food colors? Experiment with some flower-based coloring during the workshop. Sample edible flowers, both stand-alone and made into delectable treats, and then take home flower mix recipes for the ones you love best. Learn to sugar flowers and take them home to use in your delicious treats.


About the Instructor: Jennifer Brumley has a degree in culinary arts with a minor in nutrition, and is the owner of Baked Knightley. She was a member of the US Army Culinary Team and traveled the world in culinary competition, taking the top pastry chef of the US Military for 4 years in a row. She has a passion for Natural Foods and is excited to share her creative flares with the class.
